Bank SNORAS Group, to which 37 companies belong at the moment, created its new website for investors and mass media. From now on information about the companies of the bank's group, their provided services, investment possibilities and the most important news will be stored in one place.

“Within the last five years, the number of the companies belonging to Bank SNORAS Group has increased by more than 3 times, the geography of their activity expanded as well – the companies operate not only in Lithuania but also in Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Hong Kong. In addition, the main shareholders of Bank SNORAS established the controlling company AB “SNORAS Holdings” which in the future will take over the management of the bank and the companies belonging to it. According to his statement, the new website of Bank SNORAS Group is designated both to the local and foreign investors, financial institutions, partners and mass media: “The website will display the most important news about Bank SNORAS and the entire group of its companies, financial reports, information about investment possibilities – all this should provide much more clarity and transparency about the activity of the whole group.”

The website of Bank SNORAS Group was implemented by the on-line solutions company “Gaumina” and it can be found at www.snorasgroup.com. The information on the website is provided in the Lithuanian and English languages; later it will be posted in Russian, too. In the future, it is planned to provide changes in the price of Bank SNORAS shares.

Presently Bank SNORAS Group comprises the total of 37 companies providing the services of banking, leasing, real estate management, monetary funds, securities, and funds management. At the moment Bank SNORAS Group is the only group of companies in the Baltic States which manages three banks: AB Bank SNORAS, AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” and the investment bank “Finasta”.
