Wincor Nixdorf Regional Sales Manager Ana Pankraz and Head of Maintenance Bernd Wenderoth visited the Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2) corporate headquarters in Vilnius on July 10-11.

During the visit, the BS/2 specialists were introduced to the new Wincor Nixdorf Head of Maintenance, whose experience and qualification will help implementing new ideas of support services in the banking and retail sectors.

This meeting has further strengthened our partnership. During this short visit, we managed to agree on how to integrate some of our internal business processes that will result in a better service delivery and an even faster response to the customer inquiries. We have also agreed how to harmonize our software applications that manage service delivery processes as well as common participation in the knowledge sharing projects, says the BS/2 Technical Director Tomas Bublys.

A successful partnership between BS/2 and Wincor Nixdorf continues for nearly 20 years. The trust-based relationship formed during this period of time determined appearance of more than one innovative product as well as success of many joint projects.
