Let the entire world know about your event: part III, after the event

Published: 17 April 2015 y., Friday

The long-planned event is over. Do you really think this is it? No way! You have to let everyone know how amazing the event was, especially if you are planning to organize the same event next year. You can get help from the team of Penki TV studio.

The team will help to make a short video presenting the most spectacular and significant moments of the event both before and after it takes place. It is recommended to use the same channels to publish the finished video: upload it to the social network, YouTube, and later send the link to the partners, sponsors and participants of the event. The video clip will be useful when you organize the event in the future. Separate short clips can be used to edit an interview with the participants and partners of the event. After the event, it is convenient to send such video clips as a token of appreciation.

All materials filmed during the event and recorded broadcast can be uploaded to the desired website; they can be used to make a DVD or USB storage that you could give as a gift or even sell. Keep in mind that broadcasting ends along with the event, while archived materials remain for a long while. You can see this for yourself at www.scena.lt, where the archive of numerous events broadcasted by Penki TV, including Vilnius Book Fair, Mados Infekcija Fashion Festival, CONVENE tourism and hotel business conference, Galapagai Music Festival, etc. is stored.

After the event, the team of Penki TV studio will discuss the course of the event with its organizers: what were the main aspects, the amount and type of recorded materials. Then, they will identify the target audience and the purpose of the video materials to be prepared using the resulting huge video archive.

Do you still have doubts whether your event is worth broadcasting? Visit Penki TV filming studio (Penkių Kontinentų Komunikacijų Centras, UAB, Kareivių Str. 2, www.filmstudio.lt) and you will see that live broadcasting of the event helps to make the event even more public as well as expand its audience.
