ProfIT Launches New Website

Published: 18 September 2019 y., Wednesday

Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras, offering ProfIT outsourcing IT services, presents its updated website to its business partners.

The intuitive web resource design makes it easier for customers to find the information they need and choose from the complex of all IT services that they need.

“Our study showed that most companies specializing in outsourcing IT services prefer to work with large customers. However, in Lithuania, more than 80 percent of the market is made up of small and medium-sized enterprises; so, ProfIT focuses primarily on such companies. Of course, it is more difficult to work with many clients. We should convince them of the expediency of ordering outsourcing IT services, explain that storing data is safer in the cloud or data center, and not on a computer in the office; that services will be provided by highly qualified specialists, and it’s costly to keep such employees in small companies,” says Romas Rimgaila, Director of Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras.

According to him, the company plans to increase the portfolio of IT services and strengthen the team of ProfIT specialists. Today in Lithuania there are not enough experienced IT-professionals. It is difficult to find and even more difficult to keep them, especially in the regions. Therefore, it is easier and more profitable to work with the company that provides such services and has qualified personnel.

The range of ProfIT services includes the installation and management of IT infrastructure, IT workplace maintenance, server maintenance, cloud services, and many other IT services that can greatly improve business processes. Today, more than 1000 organizations use ProfIT services. Among ProfIT clients, there are also such large companies as Lietuvos oro uostai, Lietuvos geležinkeliai and others.
