Retail Technologies Featured at EuroCIS 2016

This 23-25 February Dusseldorf hosted EuroCIS 2016, which is the largest European retail information and security technologies fair.

On almost 11,000 sq. m net space over 400 exhibitors from 29 countries presented their latest innovative technology solutions that allow retailers to adapt to the constantly changing needs of their customers and find new opportunities for their businesses.

Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2) attended EuroCIS as well. According to BS/2 retail equipment sales head Emil Musayev, retailers' investments in the modern technology gets paid off. "Retail today is inseparable from technology. The importance of Internet sales and channels for communication with customers is growing. Retailers understand the importance of technologies, and they actively invest in them. Thus they decrease their costs, optimize business processes, reduce customer service time, offer a wider range of services and so on", - BS/2's Musayev says.

Delegates from Lithuania not only explored innovations presented at the fair, but also met partners from Wincor Nixdorf, Bizerba, Gunnebo Gateway and other companies. Over 10,000 international visitors attended the fair.
