“Skaitmeninio sertifikavimo centras” – a member of the International PKI Forum

Published: 18 September 2013 y., Wednesday

On September 17-19, an international “PKI Forum” conference took place in St. Petersburg for the 11th year already. “Skaitmeninio sertifikavimo centras” (SSC) was one of its participants.

By its scale and significance “PKI Forum” is one of the major regional events aimed at discussing issues and perspectives of the Public Key Infrastructure. Last year, the event was attended by 280 delegates from 7 countries, including representatives of 23 federal and 33 regional-level government structures. This year’s forum was equally representative; it was attended by such participants as the Bank of Russia, “Gazprom”, Russian Railways as well as representatives of the largest financial and industrial groups. This shows that Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and e-signature solutions are actively employed by large-scale companies.

“When attending the forum in 2010, we introduced its participants to e-signature software “Justa” developed by “Skaitmeninis sertifikavimo centras”, and this year, upon the request of the organizers, we will review the market of e-signature services in the EU”, says Commercial Director of “Skaitmeninis sertifikavimo centras” Edgaras Dadašovas.

Constantly growing exports of services along with the reorganization of research base of the company opens doors for SSC’s innovations to new markets – both western and eastern.
