TIBO 2012 Will Encourage ICT Industry Development in Belarus

On April 25-28, TIBO 2012, the 19th international conference and exhibition on the telecommunication, information, and banking technologies, office equipment, and electronics, will take place in Minsk, Belarus.

TIBO has been organized in Belarus since 1994, becoming the country's largest and most significant event.  It was here that, for the first time in Belarus, problems related to the development of the IT sector were formulated and technology advances were demonstrated, later proliferating on the country's market.

This time the exhibition will host discussions on the last 18 years of the development of the information communication technologies (ICT) in Belarus, on ways to bring these technologies into all spheres of the country's life, and on how to encourage ICT market growth in Belarus.

This annual event gathers manufacturers of telecommunication devices and digital equipment, software developers, and creators of security systems and tools, from Belarus and other countries. Among them are such globally recognized companies as Motorola, Nokia Siemens Networks, Asus, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Dell, and others.

At TIBO 2012, representatives of the BS/2 company, a member of the Penki Kontinentai Group, will be primarily interested in products and services related to the banking technology and security, meeting with their long-time partners: Tusson, IBA, Servis Plus, BelCrystalService and others.

"The TIBO exhibition is a wonderful place to meet your existing and future partners to discuss plans and prospects for further cooperation.  We have been working with Belarusians for a long time. One good example of this cooperation is the installation of the 1000th self-service device in ASB Belarusbank's network, which we did together with IBA," says BS/2's Jurij Mikuckij.

BS/2, an international company and a member of the  Penki Kontinentai Group, has been successfully working in the banking technology market for over 16 years. The company's primary areas are supplying Wincor Nixdorf hardware, providing support and maintenance services for it, developing software solutions for self-service devices, and offering outsourcing services for the banking and retail sectors.
