The company Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2), a member of the Penki kontinentai group, was awarded the prestigious Metų paslauga Lithuanian Business Confederation award in the category Metų eksportas (Export of the Year). The jury of the competition appreciated the АТМеуе.iQ sales results in international markets.

"This award confirms the excellent quality of our services and our business strategy correctness. Even such a small country as Lithuania can become a serious player in the international market, thanks to its talented high technology specialists. We export our products to more than 80 countries almost all over the world. It shows that there are no boundaries in the modern world if your created service is in demand. It's great that we can glorify Lithuania's name internationally in this way," said Daniel Fukson, the Head of the BS/2 Business Development Department.

According to Daniel Fukson, BS/2 actively expands its products around the world. ATMeye.iQ software solution was installed on 9 thousand ATMs in the US market in 2017. There are plans to realize 10 thousand ATMeye.iQ licenses in Asia, Africa and the Caucasus region this year.

The aim of the “Service of the Year” awards is to encourage Lithuanian companies to create competitive, innovative services that create big added value and are in line with needs of the market and consumers today. The competition is organized by the Lithuanian Business Confederation, which is the largest business organization uniting service, trade and high tech companies. The participants’ applications were evaluated by an authoritative commission consisting of national opinion leaders and the awards were presented by well-known representatives of national business and government.

"Nice to see the wide range of services provided by the contestants. It shows the aspiration for innovation, the creative energy and the intellect of our people. During the preparation for the competition, we have doubts whether there will be any innovations, but the competitors surprise us every year. Sometimes, innovations relate with the new technologies, like Internet-banking, but sometimes with unusual for innovation areas such as agriculture. Our business community is to support and encourage the innovative ideas development",  said Valdas Sutkus,  the Lithuanian Business Confederation President.

The ATM Industry Association awarded АТМеуе.iQ in 2002. The integrated hardware and software solution received also the "Product of the Year ‘2017” gold medals from the Lithuanian Industrialists' Confederation in 2008 and 2017.

Today АТМеуе.iQ protects more than 75,000 self-service devices in almost 80 countries of the world. It is a comprehensive solution for the security and monitoring of self-service devices. АТМеуе.iQ allows not only real-time monitoring of the entire network activities, but also optimizing the business processes, promptly informing the responsible bank, and security services staff about the problems that might arise. The integrated hardware and software solution helps to protect self-service devices from fraud, monitors events in and around self-service devices, thereby reduce the risk of fraud and vandalism and help to resolve disputes with customers (for example, in cases where a customer forgot to take a bank card - or if he claims that the cash machine did not give him cash).
