Penki Kontinentai Group Holds Strategic Session in Vilnius

From 26 to 30 January 2026, the Penki Kontinentai Group held a strategic session in Vilnius, bringing together employees of the headquarters, BS/2 regional offices in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, and Estonia, as well as the Group’s partners.  
 
The event was conducted in the format of presentations and professional discussions and focused on the Group’s development strategy, regional business cases, products, platforms and AI solutions, as well as engineering processes. Over the five-day programme, 26 presentations were delivered, while more than 100 specialists joined the sessions daily via online streaming. 

The strategic session was opened by Idrakas Dadashovas, Chairman of the Penki Kontinentai Group, who outlined key development priorities, the updated product portfolio, and the iQ ecosystem architecture. A dedicated panel of regional offices formed a significant part of the programme, during which teams presented their 2025 results and key projects. 

“Strategic sessions help create a unified vision for the Group’s development and strengthen cooperation between teams across different countries,” said Nikolajs Zelnins, Deputy CEO of BS/2 for Commerce.  
The session concluded with the definition of the Group’s main priorities and next steps for 2026.
