Prime Minister meets with EBRD Vice President in Austria

Frank expressed his gratitude to Latvia for the well-organised international meeting of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Board of Governors in May, in Riga, and urged an exchange with other countries of Latvia's experiences in organising large-scale events. Latvian cooperation with the EBRD with regard to the possible construction of a tunnel under the Daugava River was discussed during the meeting, as were other projects. The officials expressed their satisfaction with the successful cooperation in the renewal of operations at the joint-stock "First Latvian Commercial Bank" ("Pirma Latvijas komercbanka").
