As part of the opening of the IT Park, the head of the board of the Penki kontinentai Group of Companies met with the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan

On August 27, the head of the board of the Penki kontinentai Group of Companies Idrakas Dadašovas met with Abdulla Aripov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Information Technology and Communications Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of major global companies in the IT and telecommunications industry during the opening of the IT-park. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev also visited the opening of the IT park.

In his speech, Idrakas Dadašovas thanked the Prime Minister for the opportunity to talk about the development of banking self-service in the Republic of Uzbekistan – the number of ATMs in the country has reached nearly 10,000 devices. Financial institutions of Uzbekistan choose multifunctional ATMs to ensure the accessibility of socially important services for different segments of the population.

In addition to Idrakas Dadašovas, Kristina Dorosh, Vice President of Visa, Irina Grinspane, director of Tietoevry Business Development and Sales Director, CIS, as well as Kammuna Irisbekova, Chairman of AloqaBank, and Farrukh Makhkamov, Deputy Chairman of AloqaBank, attended the meeting with the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan.

Also, on the territory of the IT park, AloqaBank’s innovative banking branch received its first customers. As part of this project, BS/2 together with the bank team realized a project of equipping the self-service zone based on modern ATMs DN Series from Diebold Nixdorf. At the same time, the customers can exchange currency at ATMs. Also, in the test mode, they launched a solution for repayment of loans and cardless cash withdrawals from ATMs using the Payments.iQ solution.
