Presentations by Partners and Experts
This year, the forum gathered over 30 companies from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Poland. The program featured presentations by global equipment manufacturers, software developers, and invited experts.
Speakers from Diebold Nixdorf, Bizerba, Zebra Technologies, SOTI, and SUNMI, as well as experts from Veyseloglu Group of Companies and IDNT, shared their insights and showcased practical cases demonstrating how modern technologies are transforming retail operations.

The forum became a platform for discussing current retail challenges and exploring new opportunities for cooperation between partners.
Digital Transformation as a New Stage of Retail
Participants focused on the digital transformation of retail. Experts emphasized that automation, data analytics, and flexible technologies are becoming key factors of competitiveness.
Particular attention was given to solutions based on artificial intelligence, computer vision, and big data, which help optimize business processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. The topics of cybersecurity and data protection were also discussed as an essential part of responsible innovation.
Technology in Action
In the demo zone, guests had the opportunity to test modern retail technologies in practice — including self-service systems, smart scales, scanners, and cash-handling devices.
Participants from Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan joined a demonstration tour of partner retail chains Araz, Bravo, and Rahat, as well as the SUNMI Home showroom, where they observed how the presented solutions are applied in real retail environments.
BS/2 expresses its gratitude to all partners and participants for their active involvement and contribution to innovation in the retail sector. The event reaffirmed that collaboration and knowledge exchange are driving the creation of a modern digital retail ecosystem and strengthening partnerships across the region.
