For decades starlings have descended on the Italian city of Rome making it their winter home. But the bird's excrement leaves the city's residents annoyed and frustrated. The city council has called the bird-busters for assistance. The starling squad moves around Rome, scaring the birds with recordings of their own distress calls, amplified to ear-splitting volumes.
