Battle over auction aggregation hits the courts.

After some three months of battling and sniping with Web auction portals, eBay has taken the next step and sued Bidder_s Edge, claiming the auction search engine effectively trespassed on eBay_s site and stole its data. EBay also claimed that the Bidder_s Edge listings were incomplete and inaccurate, and that it damaged eBays reputation and trademarks.
