One shoots from behind a camera, while the other took his shots from the basketball court. And now both Steven Spielberg and Magic Johnson are about to get stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The director and the basketball legend are among celebrities whose stars will be added next year to the more than 2,000 that line Hollywood Boulevard, it was announced Sunday.The Oscar-winning Spielberg, who directed more than 40 films including ``Schindler's List'' and the ``Indiana Jones'' movies, was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Film Institute in 1995.
Johnson, best known as a former Los Angeles Lakers guard,is being honored in the movie category. Johnson launched the Magic Johnson Theaters in 1995 to bring multiplex theaters to urban neighborhoods typically underserved by national chains.
