Following its audiovisual and performance based contribution to the International Contemporary Art Fair (Arco), the Ellas Crean festival is now continuing in its mission to showcase alternative art trends that exist at the outer limits of the commercial rules imposed by the art industry.
Through its partnership with the Tres en Suma association, Ellas Crean is now offering a group exhibition and various performances given by members of this non-profit cultural association, which is made up of artists, writers and collaborators. This initiative also coincides with the unveiling of the fourth issue of the Tres en Suma magazine “Ánima”, produced in collaboration with the “Candelita” association.
Tres en Suma's exhibition space is made up of three studio-houses in the Madrid neighbourhood of La Latina: the studio-house of Olga Antón, the studio-house of Mariano Gallego Seisdedos and the studio-house of Carmen Isasi.
The group exhibition will be opened on Friday 19 February at 20.30 in the studio-house of Olga Antón, showing works by Olga Antón, Laura Cabrera, Rosa Galicia, Gabriela Galindo, Mariano Gallego Seisdedos, Eva Hiernaux, Carmen Isasi, Luz L. Bermejo, Jana Leo, David Ortega and Laura Torrado.

Three art centres for a shared house
Tres en Suma turns its studio-houses into public venues for individual and group exhibitions by painters, sculptors, photographers and video artists on two consecutive weekends every two months. These are also centres for discussing and experiencing other artistic languages and art forms, such as music and poetry.
The driving forces behind Tres en Suma are Olga Antón, Caridad Fernández, Mariano Gallego Seisdedos, Eva Hiernaux, Carmen Isasi, David Ortega and Alejandro Tarantino.
