It comes ahead of a debate Thursday morning on reform of the EU's troubled fisheries policy. The 2-day session held in Brussels will also see a vote on measures to cut red tape for smaller companies. The sitting also sees Members outline what they believe should be the EU's priorities for the forthcoming UN human rights council.
