New Zealand Looks To Close Internet Medicines Loophole.

New Zealand_s Ministry of Health said it would explore ways to close a legal loophole that allows New Zealand pharmacists to sell prescription medicines overseas via the Internet without a doctor_s prescription. A recent court case in New Zealand decided against the Ministry, ordering it to return prescription medicines to an Auckland pharmacist that was selling direct to overseas consumers on the Web.
