Singapore To Fund Citizens_ Internet Access.

The Singapore Government unveiled a three-year initiative to get Singaporeans online. It has set aside S$25 million (US$14.56 million) to fund improved accessibility, provide free broadband access in community centers, develop online shopping malls and provide every citizen over the age of five with a free e-mail address and a personal Web site.
