CeBIT Forum RFID

Published: 10 March 2006 y., Friday

The CeBIT Forum RFID is organized by GS1 Germany GmbH in cooperation with Deutsche Messe AG and under the auspices of BITKOM e.V.. The Forum features a program of presentations and panel discussions to serve as the overarching framework for the dedicated 'Auto ID/RFID' display category premiering at CeBIT 2006.

As the very centerpiece of the related displays at CeBIT, the Forum will provide a global platform covering every aspect of RFID and give visitors a close look at where this promising technology is heading just around the corner.

The topic clusters of CeBIT Forum RFID range from "RFID in Logistics", "Purchasing in the Future", "Mobility and Transport" and "Realtime Enterprise" to the highly topical issue of "Consumer Protection". The half-day topic clusters are rounded off by a panel discussion among the lecturers following the various presentations. The kickoff event "Business Process Excellence with RFID" planned for the first day of the fair is one of the highlights of the event.
