Maltsev is ready to let Belarusians serve in the Russian Army

Leanid Maltsev, the Minister of Defense of Belarus, called the decisions of the recent joined panel of the Ministries of Defense of Russia and Belarus “the next working step towards strengthening the regional alliance, as well as facing military and technical issues, the military and scientific provision of our united efforts, and promoting them legislatively and legally.”
Moreover, he said that Belarus would normally react to the possible wish of its citizens to serve on a contractual basis in the Russian Army.
