Former Lithuania president to run again

Former Lithuanian president Rolandas Paksas, recently impeached, will run again for the presidency at the Liberal Democratic Party congress on Sunday.
The congress's organizational staff reported the forum overwhelmingly agreed to nominate Paksas, with 353 delegates supporting his candidacy.
Paksas was ousted from the presidential office after the Lithuanian Constitutional Court ruled he had violated the constitution and his presidential oath. The Seimas impeached him and removed him from office April 6.
Presidential elections in Lithuania are set for June 13.
