NATO Military Committee is the top-most NATO's military structure of command subordinate to the North Atlantic Council, and Defence Planning and Nuclear Planning Committees.
Military Committee passes military strategic decisions and drafts military advice for the in charge of approving political decisions. Day-to-day work in the Committee is done in sittings of military representatives delegated by NATO states.
Top-level meetings of the Military Committee usually takes place three times per year. Two of them are hosted by Brussels and one - by a NATO member state on a rotational basis.
