Pakistan Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar has said that conflict between India and Pakistan can lead to a full scale War in which nuclear weapons could be used, as both countries ossess such weapons.

In an interview telecast by Al-Jazeera Television in Doha (Qatar) n August 10, Sattar said: "Both Pakistan and India possess nuclear capabilities and a conflict between the two countries can rupt into a complete war, in which the nuclear weapons may be sed," he said.
He said: "We hope a war does not occur between India and Pakistan and the settlement of Kashmir issue takes place on the basis of law and justice and in the way outlined by the UN Security council resolutions. We wish with the settlement of this core issue we could start normal friendly relations with India."
Sattar said Pakistan has received lists from the Arab countries f their nationals involved in sabotage and terrorist activities against their respective countries following the end of Jihad in Afghanistan.
He regretted the 25,000 Arab nationals, who came to Afghanistan o participate in Afghan Jihad against the Soviet invasion, did not return and some of them were engaged in activities against heir own countries.
