At present a visit of Lithuanian president Rolandas Paksas to the South Caucasian countries is being prepared.
Undersecretary of the Lithuanian minister of foreign affairs Rytis Martikonis said in an interview with the European Rim Policy and Investment Council (ERPIC). "We are trying to share our regional experience among the Baltic countries with countries like Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia," – he said. The diplomat confirmed official Vilnius would promote the formula of 3+3: providing for interaction between the three Baltic states and the three Caucasian countries.
