Prime Minister Gediminas Kirkilas will leave on summer holidays on 28 July.
The Prime Minister has decided to spend the beginning of the holidays fishing.
Then, the Prime Minister will head for Nida not only for a peaceful retreat but also for the tennis tournament “Nida Jazz“.
From 4 August, Gediminas Kirkilas will be having a rest in Druskininkai. On 17 August, he is leaving for China to see the participation of our athletes in Beijing Olympic Games and take part in the closing ceremony of the Games.
The Prime Minister returns on 26 August.
From 28 July, the Prime Minister will be replaced by Minister of Transport Algirdas Butkevičius; from 6 August, by Minister of Finance Rimantas Šadžius. The next Government sitting is scheduled for 20 August.
