No Russian rouble use in Belarus soon

The agreement between Russia and Belarus on the use of the Russian rouble on Belarussian territory as the only legal tender from 2005 cannot be signed soon, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov told journalists.
"Unfortunately, this agreement can't be signed soon due to the position of the Belarussian leadership, which insists that a constitutional act of the union state be adopted first," the Russian premier said.
