“Over the decade of preparations for membership in the European Union, Lithuania went a long path of reforms and gained huge experience of negotiation. Today we are capable, able and willing to share this experience with those who ask for our help and wish to make use of Lithuania‘s experience in carrying out economic reforms, enhancing competitiveness, building public administration institutions, strengthening the democratic society,” President Dalia Grybauskaitė said.
