In Strasbourg Armenian foreign minister and secretary general of the Council of Europe discussed regional issues

In Strasbourg Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian and secretary general of the Council of Europe Walter Schwimmer discussed regional issues and exchanged views on the present stage of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
The parties also considered questions concerning the past elections of local self-government bodies and the coming presidential elections in Armenia.
