ASHBURN International enters the market of Western Europe

Published: 25 July 2022 y., Monday

ASHBURN International (Penki Kontinentai Group), which operates not only in the Baltic states but also in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, is now expanding its activities in Western Europe.

Together with DECTA, ASHBURN International successfully entered the UK market.

ASHBURN International has entered into a partnership agreement with DECTA, the international payment processing company providing a full range of digital payment services. At the end of the last year, DECTA received the status of a payment acquirer and began providing acquiring services.

“Last year we partnered with DECTA in Latvia, and this year we started looking for more cooperation opportunities. DECTA has more than 2000 customers in 32 countries. The division of this company in the United Kingdom has already started offering our payment terminals to its customers”, said Dainius Einoris, Head of the TSP Department at ASHBURN International.

The first to use the new Android-based SUNMI P2 payment terminals was a DECTA partner based in London. Those payment terminals are powered by ASHBURN International’s TransLink.iQ software solution. In addition to the modern terminals, ASHBURN International offers Ingenico and other payment devices.

By entering a new market, ASHBURN International opens up wide possibilities for providing payment services throughout Western Europe.

“DECTA cooperates with more than 30 payments facilitators who operate in Europe as well as other countries outside of Europe. Our goal is to reach those partners and establish beneficial cooperation“, says Žoržas Šarafanovičius, Executive Director of ASHBURN International.
