Representatives of JSC “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras” together with a partner JSC “JUNG Vilnius” participate in a series of seminars for specialists of architecture, aimed at directly conveying the latest information about environmentally-friendly and cost-efficient housing solutions. Representatives of the companies have already shared their ideas and experiences with architects of Klaipėda and Kaunas, and the latest seminar is to take place at the end of May in Vilnius.

When talking about Smart House solutions, also known as future housing, Vaidas Janulis, Head of the Smart Buildings Department of “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras”, emphasizes that not only are these buildings cost-efficient, they are also environmentally-friendly. “Smart House solutions installed in your house save resources, such as electricity, gas and water, and thus contribute to respect for the environment. It can be said that environmentally-friendly way of life becomes a kind of habit of smart housing owners”, said V. Janulis.

Architects who already participated in the seminars took great interest in smart solutions, asking questions about the best construction stage for installation of smart systems, specific opportunities provided by them and ways of realizing these solutions.

Given the fact that regional climatic characteristics are important for the construction of smart houses, it is planned to organize new series of seminars for the owners of private houses and land in the near future.
