From October 13 to 17, 2025, GITEX GLOBAL 2025 took place in Dubai — one of the world’s largest and most influential technology events. BS/2 and ASHBURN International, part of the Penki Kontinentai Group, showcased their latest innovations together with SUNMI and held strategic meetings with partners and key banking clients from Georgia and Azerbaijan.

The delegation was led by Idrakas Dadashovas, Chairman of the Board of the Penki Kontinentai Group, and included Nikolajs Zelnins, Deputy CEO for Commerce at BS/2; Žoržas Šarafanovičius, Executive Director of ASHBURN International; Martynas Tiškevičius, Sales Manager at ASHBURN International; and Sigitas Šniukas, Head of the Sales Division at ASHBURN International. Regional representatives also attended — Emilio Kiris, Director of BS/2 Georgia; Ilgar Hasanov, Director of BS/2 Azerbaijan; Abbas Abbasov, Deputy Director; and Anton Khokhanov, Technical Director of BS/2 Azerbaijan.

By invitation from BS/2 and ASHBURN International, distinguished banking partners joined the event, including Levan Jekia, Commercial Director at Bank of Georgia; Lasha Davituliani, Head of Acquiring at TBC Bank; Farid Salahov, Director of Partner Relations at ABB Bank; and Toghrul Hajiyev, Head of Payment Infrastructure at Xalq Bank. These meetings reinforced mutual trust and a shared drive to continue developing innovative joint projects.

At the SUNMI booth, BS/2 and ASHBURN International presented the integration of the TransLink.iQ platform with SUNMI devices — a solution enabling real-time transaction management and device monitoring. Attendees also explored SUNMI’s latest devices, CPad and FLEX 3, designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience across financial and retail sectors.

A highlight of the exhibition was the SUNMI BIoT with AI – Commerce Future event, where ASHBURN International, BS/2 Azerbaijan, and BS/2 Georgia were honored with SUNMI Partnership Awards recognizing their long-standing and successful cooperation with the company. The awards were presented by Bin Zhang, Managing Director for the Region, and Alexander Bespaly, Managing Director for the CIS and Mongolia.

Participation in GITEX GLOBAL 2025 reaffirmed BS/2’s and ASHBURN International’s dedication to innovation, partnership, and digital transformation, strengthening their role as trusted technology partners for financial and retail institutions worldwide.
