BS/2 representatives took part in the Lithuanian-Azerbaijani business forum

On May 22, a Lithuanian-Azerbaijani business forum was held in Vilnius, where information technology, renewable energy sources, production and logistics, and sustainable food production were discussed.

It was attended by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov, and a large delegation of businessmen from this country, comprising representatives of almost 40 companies.

From the Lithuanian side, the forum was attended by President of the Republic of Lithuania, Gitanas Nauseda; Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, Aushrine Armonaitė; Deputy Director General of the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists, Gintaras Morkis; and representatives of Lithuanian businesses, including members of the Penki kontinentai group of companies: "Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos" (BS/2) – Head of Sales Department Kornelijus Šišla and Head of Retail Equipment Sales Devision Emil Musaev.

During the forum, BS/2  representatives met with their long-term partners and discussed the future of the Lithuanian and Azerbaijani industries. K. Šišla presented the plans of BS/2 to an essential strategic partner in the Azerbaijani market, the Chairman of the Board of Azer Turk Bank, Orkhan Huseynov. At the forum, E. Musaev met with Samir Abdullaev, director of the network of Rahat shopping centers.

The Penki kontinentai group of Companies has been operating in the Azerbaijani market since 1999, opening a subsidiary here engaged in the sale, installation, and comprehensive maintenance of banking and retail equipment and specialized software solutions. The company implements complex projects for this country's financial institutions and trade networks.

Lithuania was represented at the forum by more than 40 domestic companies with various economic ties with Azerbaijan and operating in various fields: energy, finance, information technology, food, textiles, and construction.
