Training participants were awarded “Wincor Nixdorf” certificates

“Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos” (BS/2), a company with more than 15 years of successful business experience in the banking technologies and retail markets, has organized a dedicated training for technical specialists who work with the line of "Wincor Nixdorf" CINEO self-service devices.

On September 16-20, specialists from Lithuanian and Latvian branches of the company gathered in the BS/2 Competence Centre to broaden their knowledge about the support and maintenance of CINEO devices as well as received certificates awarded by German company “Wincor Nixdorf”, a long-term partner of BS/2, which verify that certificate holders can carry out a competent maintenance of the mentioned equipment.

“The rising popularity of CINEO devices requires more and more specialists who could carry out professional maintenance of this equipment. Therefore we plan to proceed in the same direction taking into account the needs of our customers and the market. It is since 2009 that we provide specialists of various service companies and bank technical specialists with a unique opportunity to complete this course and attend training in the only “Wincor Nixdorf” certified competence center in the post-soviet countries”, says Saulius Valdšteinas, Head of IT System Support Division at BS/2.

CINEO, a line of self-service devices created by “Wincor Nixdorf”, is intended for banks and retail companies. This safe and convenient new-generation equipment is designed to control cash flow. It may both accept and dispense cash, and features a distinctly fast transaction processing and the latest technologies for banknote recognition. The system is unique because it can dispense the same money that was previously deposited by the customer. This diminishes substantially the collection expenditures and optimizes money flows.
