Cash professionals of the bank are equipped with real-time cash monitoring tools to manage the amount of CIT visits as well as cash inventory and ATM availability KPIs.
This software solution has already been successfully operating in the bank’s infrastructure for 3 months. Cash Management.iQ helps BasisBank to simplify the cash management process, by assisting in carrying out and optimizing cash planning and cash distribution across its self-service terminals. For now, about 70 ATMs are connected to the system.
