In particular, the Belarusian guests visited a residential Loft Town quarter, developed by Penkių kontinentų investicijos company which is part of the Penki Kontinentai Group. The Loft Town is the first and so far the largest residential loft complex in Eastern Europe - and it is perfect for residents and commercial companies alike. The quarter is notable for its professionally managed environment and modern technologies used – such as fast fiber-optic Internet, smart TV or Bill Manager.iQ automated utilities billing system.

The guests from Belarus visited the exponential loft, the College of Social Sciences and Penki Kontinentai corporate art gallery located in the Loft Town, expressed interest in the idea and implementation of the project, walked in the inner courtyards.
