Cash Management.IQ functional update: successful software integration with cash sorters

Published: 15 February 2022 y., Tuesday

The company BS/2, which belongs to the Penki kontinentai group, integrated the Cash Management.IQ software with cash sorters from CPS, G&D, Glory and other manufacturers.

The integration of Cash Management.IQ software with equipment from different brands allows the system to receive the results of recalculating banknotes in real time and subsequently use this data to automate the balance sheet.

At the moment, the new functionality of Cash Management.iQ is being implemented in the international bank TBC.

Cash Management.iQ helps visualize cash flows, streamline cash flow workflows and get the technical platform for developing cash operations. The integration provided operators with new opportunities. Now, by logging into the Cash Management.IQ system, the operator can connect to the desired sorting machine, choose to automatically receive recounting results directly from the cash sorter and use the received data for various purposes.

In the near future, BS/2 will implement the possibility of obtaining a performance report for each unit of counting and sorting equipment: the amount of cash processed by currency and denomination, as well as other indicators.

BS/2 started working with CPS, a manufacturer of cash counting machines, in 2021. CPS products are popular in more than 100 countries around the world. The partnership agreement allows BS/2 to supply, install and maintain CPS’s full suite of solutions, including, the 7000i High Speed Banknote Sorter, V Series Compact High Speed Banknote Sorter and the X Range Desktop sorters, to financial institutions and cash handling organizations.

The Cash Management.iQ system is used to automate the processes associated with cash circulation, manage cash collection orders, planning and cash monitoring. The Cash Management.iQ software provides the ability to comprehensively account for cash inflow and outflow transactions in cash settlement centers and connects cash flows from the central bank to customer service facilities and vice versa. Thanks to the integration of Cash Management.IQ software with sorting equipment, operators can receive the results of banknote counting in real time and use this data to automate balancing.
