Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2) banking technology company, which forms part of Penki kontinentai group, had its international information security standard ISO 27001 validity extended.

According to BS/2 Deputy Director Tomas Augucevičius, this internationally recognized standard guarantees the company’s reliability. ‘The certification confirms that BS/2 information security management system meets all the information confidentiality, compatibility and accessibility requirements. It proves to our customers and partners that BS/2 is a reliable company able to ensure a high level of confidential information security’, said Tomas Augucevičius.

BS/2 continues adopting international standards in its activities. A few years ago it was confirmed that the company’s IT service management structure complies with the universally recognized ITIL V3 practice (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) requirements. Additionally, the company has been successfully applying ISO 20000 quality standard that establishes high-quality and efficient services to customers.
