International Bank of Azerbaijan chose Vynamic View software

Published: 8 August 2022 y., Monday

In December 2021 BS/2 subsidiary in Azerbaijan won the tender of ABB.

Winning the tender means equipping ABB ATMs with Vynamic View software, software for monitoring, and IT service management of self-service systems. The solution features remote control and offers a comprehensive algorithm and the ability to manage tasks through the use of individual and standard reports that automatically determine key performance indicators.

“At the moment 500 ATMs from Diebold Nixdorf, NCR, and GRG are being supplied, which will make up half of ABB’s fleet. In case of successful introduction, the bank will purchase another 500 licenses for the supply of equipment,” Ilgar Hasanov, director of BS/2 in Azerbaijan, notes.

Delivery of modern ATMs with Vynamic View software will allow the International Bank of Azerbaijan to provide maximum accessibility to the network of self-service devices and control over the internal customer service of the bank.
