“Justa PDF Sign”: a convenient and fast way to sign documents

Published: 12 August 2014 y., Tuesday

A company “Skaitmeninio sertifikavimo centras” (SSC) owned by a group of companies “Penki kontinentai” offers to businesses and private individuals a software solution “Justa PDF Sign”, designed for electronic signing of PDF documents.

According to Edgaras Dadašovas, Commercial Director of SSC, a specification of signed PDF documents will be approved at the state level in the near future and all state-owned enterprises will be required to provide opportunities to accept and process signed PDF documents by 2015. “Presently, enterprises use “Justa PDF Sign” mainly for an exchange of documents or signing of internal documents. After the validation of electronic PDF documents in the public sector, this software solution will be used more actively. Signed PDF documents are also regulated by international standards. This ensures the opportunity for countries to exchange documents with each other. Using the officially approved international standards helps to significantly save public funds”, explained E. Dadašovas.

“Justa PDF Sign” solution is usually integrated into the existing systems of a company and is easy to use. There is no need for a recipient of such signed documents to obtain any specialized software. With a free “Adobe Acrobat Reader” program installed on the computer, the user will be able to verify who signed the document and when, and whether the document was modified after the signing. Signed documents can be stored in electronic format, so there will be no need to use paper documents and companies will be able to save costs. With “Justa PDF Sign”, you will be able to electronically sign a great variety of documents: letters, applications, complaints, orders, transactions with customers or partners, etc.

More than 2,000 Lithuanian companies currently use “Justa PDF Sign” software. SSC believes that the number of users of “Justa PDF Sign” will double during 2015.
