Let the entire world know about your event: part II, during the event

Published: 15 April 2015 y., Wednesday

So the event that took extensive and thorough planning begins. However, your work does not stop here: you have to make sure that everything goes as planned and scheduled. Advertising is not over yet.

Make use of live Internet broadcasting. Live broadcasts reach almost everyone: not only those sitting at their computers, but also people who are always in a hurry with their smart phones. Maybe, some of them will choose to quit everything and visit your event right now. Others may feel envious of their friends attending the event, which will serve as good publicity for your event in the future. Some people may feel pleased that they had the opportunity to watch event even outside of Lithuania. Your advertisement will reach them all. When people become aware of your event and it becomes popular, you can charge the access to live broadcasts.

Broadcasts should be used at the event as well: offer live broadcasts on screens in the venue.  You can also liven up the broadcasts by including interviews with participants of the event taken during the breaks and reportages from backstage immediately broadcasted online. If your event is in a foreign language, offer simultaneous translation of the broadcast or subtitles. During the broadcast, you can also show logos of various companies or products, animation and other graphics. Broadcasts can include advertisements.

While you make sure that everything goes smoothly, all of the above work will be done by the team of professional specialists of Penki TV. They will immediately identify the needs of the organizers: the amount and type of the necessary equipment, the number and kinds of additional reportages to be made during the event. Penki TV filming studio also makes sure of all necessary hardware for the broadcasting, ensuring the required Internet connection and video transmission quality.

The broadcasting is ensured by means of professional HD cameras connected to an outside broadcasting system, while the filmed materials are broadcasted live online at www.scena.lt or any other website. The technology used by Penki TV, i.e. Over the Top (OTT), does not depend on the type of device used or the location of the viewer. Broadcasts can be watched on computers, tablet PCs and smart phones. The system is able to simultaneously transmit video in different formats and quality.

So the viewers simply need to access the website for the broadcast on their smart device and enjoy the most spectacular moment of the event. Have some pleasurable experiences!
