Published: 6 April 2017 y., Thursday

On April 6, the biggest hypermarket opened in the Azerbaijani capital Baku; its total area is 50 thousand sq meters. This is the 3rd Bravo shopping mall belonging to Azerbaijan Supermarket LLC, which is equipped in cooperation with the Lithuanian Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2) company.

Particularly, BS/2 provided modern cash registers from Diebold Nixdorf, food processing and weighing units from Bizerba, as well as inventory and warehouse management equipment from Zebra.

Software support and maintenance will be provided by a BS/2 subsidiary BSKOM operating in Azerbaijan for more than a decade.

"We are happy to contribute to the development of the Azerbaijani retail sector," says Jurij Mikuckij, head of BS/2 retail sales department. "The fact that we‘ve received an order for technical equipment of the third hypermarket as well as its maintenance shows that Azerbaijan Supermarket holds us a reliable partner. Modern retail equipment contributes to fast and efficient customer service and increase of their loyalty."
