“Loft Town” open door days proved to be successful

Published: 3 May 2012 y., Thursday

“When, after the event which took place on April 19-21, we decided that the project “Loft Town” open door days should be extended until April 26-28, we certainly did not expect so many visitors, especially those who have registered in advance”, says Lina Stasiukynienė, a representative of the only project of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. “While the first part of our event attracted more than one hundred pre-registered visitors, the second part was visited by a similar amount of them. This shows that an interest in the original “Loft Town” spaces as well as in interesting and environmentally-sustainable solutions rises along with the rising walls of currently constructed buildings”.

Visitors paid high interest in “Smart Buildings” solutions implemented in the project, which offer opportunities for a comfortable, stylish, safe and economical life in a new type of building.

“Of course, the success of “Loft Town” open door days was determined by successful performance of our team and the “Smart Buildings” team of the group of companies “Penki kontinentai” at the exhibition “Resta 2012” which took place in April”, noted L. Stasiukynienė. “We are also extremely pleased that such exhibitions help to attract clients from abroad, who have serious intentions to purchase modern and safe houses for a good price in convenient locations of our country’s capital”.
