Modern Solutions at ATM Security 2015 Conference

In mid-October London for the 15th time hosted the ATM Security 2015 conference which is one of the world's most significant events. The event was organized by ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) and Retail Banking Research (RBR) consulting firm.

Experts from many countries presented papers on current topics, presented new solutions in the field of ATM security, shared their experiences and discussed ATM market prospects. Much attention was paid not only to exterior protection, but to comprehensive security solutions as well. One of them is ATMeye.iQ – an integrated hardware / software solution that provides additional safety and security for self-service devices. It was presented by Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2) company.

According to Vilius Gofmanas, BS/2 software sales manager, the growing number of ATMs increases demand for innovative security solutions. "Due to fraud and other crimes in the ATM security system business experiences significant losses. ATMeye.iQ solution, which is used in more than 70 countries around the world, not only protects ATMs from physical attacks and data theft, but also monitors events around self-service devices and immediately transmits footage to the relevant departments", Mr Gofmanas said.

Conference participants were given the opportunity to learn about updated features of the ATMeye.iQ solution, such as real-time monitoring of all equipment status, user-friendly archived information advanced search, instant check of camera status, etc.

The presentation of Cash Management.iQ solution developed to automate and optimize the processes related with cash flow at all cash deposit / withdrawal points was also a success. The product provides full real-time control and monitoring of processes. It automates and streamlines the processes related to distribution, control and administration of cash throughout the network of self-service terminals, cash offices and depots as well as during transportation.

This year's event was attended by representatives of the financial and law enforcement sectors, hardware and software manufacturers from more than 50 countries. ATM Security 2016 will be held in London on 11-12 October 2016.
