“PayLo” users can communicate with clients more easily

Published: 14 May 2012 y., Monday

One of the ways to reach one’s clients and increase their loyalty is sending news intended for them by means of SMS or e-mail. Clients of “Ashburn International” using loyalty-payment system “PayLo”, are already able to communicate with their clients – the company has offered them an additional universal module that allows for sending various newsletters.

It is an opportunity to deliver information comfortably and quickly to several thousand addressees – after all, every client has the right to be the first to know news about a website or company, new columns, promotions, new business offers or, for example, to receive a colorful birthday greetings.

At the same time, it is a convenient marketing tool, which ensures that the company’s messages will reach required clients, and enables easy and efficient communication with them. Using this solution, one simply needs to create a newsletter template and professional “Ashburn International” programmers will install it in the system. Each client is able to create a newsletter himself and constantly modify it (i.e. place any desired images, texts or other target information). Prepared newsletter can be sent to the target groups of recipients or a specific person.

The new module allows you to send messages without any restrictions and at the right time (the date and time of sending a letter is to be set). Moreover, “PayLo” system supports the function of automatic mail sending. It does not have to be managed – it simply selects the buyers, for example, those celebrating birthday or another important event on a particular day, and sends them messages automatically.

It should be noted that the new service provides an opportunity to track and analyze the sending of newsletters. Every program user receives detailed reports on the number of messages sent within a certain period of time, the number of messages that did not reach a user, the number of clients who refused to receive mail as well as other analytical data. This allows you to analyze the actions of the company and plan further steps. Furthermore, if a client wishes, “Ashburn International” client service department may take on the management of all outgoing messages and provide these works as a service.
