RESTA 2015 Exhibition: growing cities and smart solutions

On April 22–25, this year, Litexpo Exhibition and Congress Centre in Lithuania will host the 22nd construction and repair exhibition, which is the largest in the Baltic States, i.e. RESTA 2015, intended for business professionals and those interested in new products offered in the market.

A growing city is the topic of this year’s exhibition. This is a lively, busy, modern and practical city that keeps expanding, is constantly renewed and changed by creating beautiful and cozy environment. This includes the quality of life in the city’s buildings, architecture, building and finishing materials, energy networks and water resource management, ecology, pollution, adapted innovation, sustainable development, investment, economic and social responsibility, dissemination of information and communication with communities.

Given the changing needs and technology development in the construction sector, great attention during the exhibition is paid to smart house systems, 3D technology and digital construction. The visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the possibilities of building renovation and heating, cost-efficient smart house solutions as well as to get real estate offers and recommendations from various experts.

As in previous years, a group of companies Penki Kontinentai (stand 408A) will be among the participants of the event. At the exhibition, the specialists will offer information about Smart House management system and a smart solution Bill Manager.iQ. The solution is ideal for associations of residents of apartment buildings and house maintenance companies. Bill Manager.iQ records meter readings, provides detailed information about costs, helps to plan and control them, generates bills as well as allows viewing and paying them. You will find products of the group of companies Penki Kontinentai in the 408A stand.

RESTA 2015 exhibition will bring together more than 500 companies from 13 countries: Lithuania, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine and Germany.
