Published: 3 October 2014 y., Friday

Certificate of compliance with the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) was granted to “TransLink.iQ Smart POS” of a company “ASHBURN International” (ASHBURN). This is a security standard for payment applications that defines security requirements for software processing payment cards, which was adopted by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC).

According to Dominykas Mertinas, Director of the Business Development Department of ASHBURN, PA-DSS certified software significantly reduces the risk. “Certificate confirms that important customer data are protected from unauthorized access or theft. It also reduces potential for misuse of cardholder data to the maximum extent. Moreover, PA-DSS ensures that “TransLink.iQ Smart POS” corresponds to the highest level of security”, said D. Mertinas.

“TransLink.iQ Smart POS” software is designed to process payment and loyalty cards used with POS terminals, and to accept payments made with payment cards. This software is part of “TransLink.iQ solution for the processing of bank transactions and management of POS terminals. “TransLink.iQ Smart POS” is installed in POS terminals of “Ingenico Group”, a partner of ASHBURN.

“ASHBURN International”, a company owned by a group of companies “Penki kontinentai”, has been providing payment card-related services, installing e-commerce and loyalty system solutions since 1998.
