Teltonika Networks and BS/2 Partnership: New Development Horizons and Range of Services

Published: 25 May 2021 y., Tuesday

BS/2 has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with network equipment supplier Teltonika Networks.

Teltonika has been developing exceptional worldwide Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for over 20 years. Combining cutting-edge technology and design experience, the company provides a wide range of solutions for Internet connectivity for industrial equipment, banking technology, transportation, and more. Feature-rich products and reliable tools to easily manage devices have made the company a leader in industrial networking. The company is one of the five leading global manufacturers of network equipment for IoT.

"The partnership with Teltonika Networks opens up new opportunities. Its equipment guarantees the network availability of our ATMs and kiosks even in remote areas. The stable connection allows real-time monitoring of self-service terminals and easy implementation of new functionality. The reliable network equipment allows us to create complex solutions consisting of self-service devices, communications, software solutions, monitoring, as well as, service and support. We plan to offer our clients a new service — ATM as a Service, Kiosk as a Service," says Andrey Yushev, Head of Business Development Department at BS/2.

The complex service includes hardware and software solutions, a network connection that will ensure the connection of devices with processing centers, and service provided by BS/2 engineers. As a result, the bank gets assurance on the availability of the self-service network without having equipment on its balance sheet.

Not all corners of the world have a high-quality Internet connection required for self-service devices' work. A Teltonika Networks router with two SIM cards of different operators and an automatic failover function guarantees an additional level of reliability in connecting terminals to the network.

“We are glad to new cooperation, thanks to which we are strengthening our positions in the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus. With BS/2, we see wide prospects for building a high-quality and reliable network infrastructure for the banking sector.   After training and certification, BS/2 engineers will provide technical support and solve the clients' problems in the field of connecting banking equipment to the Internet,” says Teltonika IoT Group representative Fiodor Nikulin, Head of Sales in the CIS countries.

According to him, technical and marketing courses will be organized for BS/2 specialists to implement and maintain joint solutions in the financial sector.
