Published:
12 December 2003 y., Friday
15 people came to the edifice of the Polish Foreign Ministry with white-red-white flags and placards written in Polish: “It is necessary to remember Lukashenka’s regime victims”, “No negotiations with the dictatorship”, “Stop Lukashenka”.
People were holding portraits of the missing Belarusian opposition leaders and burning candles to commemorate them. Beside the Polish youth, students from Belarus who study in Warsaw participated in the action. They distributed leaflets saying that the contacts between the official Warsaw and the Belarusian authorities are a shame for Poland.
