"Sociumas": the New Issue

Creation of informative society is not an object of only scientific forecasts – every day this becomes more clear reality. The teacher and the school play great role in the life of the citizen of such a society. Perhaps it is obvious that in XXI century the perspective will be open only to those countries, which develop modern state information infrastructure, the citizens of which are able to use modern technologies. According to the outstanding educators, the countries of the Central Europe lag behind the countries of the West Europe by approximately 30-40 years. During the last four years the number of people who associate with each other using computer networks promptly increases. Computer networks continue to conquer new areas, help to operate more vigorously and in more convenient way. More and more people become interested in Cybernetic space, penetrate into various social, economical and political areas of life – human relations, advertising, leisure, data interchange, press, and business especially. Such social aspects as crime or deviation also penetrate into these cybernetic spaces. Lithuanian juvenile who studies in Lithuania is comparatively new Social group. These are young, 18-27 years old people who were born in the social times, but they have experienced fight for independence and disappointment. They are acquainted both with democracy and totalitarian regime. Studying in USA or in the West Europe they face Wes5tern problems, which were very significant in their upbringing environment. One of the problems of such kind is racism.
